Dutch League playoffs, Quarterfinals, Game 3: April 29, 2008
Matrixx Magixx and the West Brabant Giants joined My Guide Amsterdam and Eiffel Towers Den Bosch in the semifinals of the Dutch League playoffs by winning their decisive Game 3s in their respective quarterfinal showdowns. Matrixx Magixx completed its series comeback by winning its second straight game at home 83-75 to eliminate Hanzevast Capitals. Alhaji Mohammed scored 23 points and Tyler Smith added 21 to lead four Magixx players in double figures. The Capitals bowed out despite 19 points by Kevin Melson and 16 from Dwayne Archbold. West-Brabant Giants also reversed a 0-1 deficit to win their best-of-three quarters by taking the third game 78-66 at home over the Rotterdam Challengers. Andre Harris led the way for West Brabant with 26 points, while Devonne Giles added 21 for the winners.
