Another round, another Slovenian League win for Union Olimpija, that keeps leading the second phase standings with a 10-0 record by beating Zlatorog Lasko 76-83 on the road on Sunday. Maurice Bailey and Marko Milic led the winners each with 15 points. Ronell Taylor added 14 while Goran Dragic had 13 for Olimpija, that led 55-67 after 30 minutes. Lasko managed to get within 76-78 with under 2 minutes to go, but Hasan Rizvic and Bailey allowed Olimpija to seal the outcome. Helios stayed second with a 9-2 record by downing Elektra Esotech 91-72. Marijan Mance missed just one shot on his way to 21 points. Aljaz Janza added 15 while Aleksej Laskevic had 14 for Helios. In other games in this round, Luka Koper topped TCG Mercator 88-77 behind 25 points from Sasa Mucic while Krka Novo Mesto edged Geoplin Slovan 81-83 with 24 points from Davor Marcelic.
