Alba Berlin adds forward Vujadin Subotic

German powerhouse Alba Berlin continues to add to its roster with the signing of Vujadin Subotic. The forward, whom coach Luka Pavicevic trained in the past at OKK Belgrad, signed a one-year deal. Subotic (198, 25) arrives from fellow German side, New Yorker phantoms Braunschweig, where he averaged 11 points per game last season. He began his career with Buducnost Podgorica in his native Montenegro and has since suited up for Zagorje Banka Zasavje and Union Olimpia in Slovenia and Red Star Belgrade in Serbia. Subotic averaged 10.4 points in eight ULEB Cup games for Red Star during the 2004-05 season.
