Extension of the ULEB Cup deal through 2011
Barcelona, March 13, 2008. As host broadcaster, Eurosport 2 is
proud to offer basketball fans unrivalled coverage and production of the coming
ULEB Cup Final Eight in Turin on 10-13 April.
To top it all, the Eurosport Group is delighted to announce the extension of its current deal with the Euroleague Basketball: the full season of the ULEB Cup is LIVE on Eurosport 2 through the 2010-2011 season, across all 43 countries where the channel is broadcast.
The Final Eight in Turin - all seven matches LIVE
The Final Eight, the new exciting format of the ULEB Cup's season's climax, will be held on 10-13 April in Turin, Italy. Eurosport 2 will produce and broadcast all seven matches LIVE.
Additional programmes will enhance this exhaustive LIVE coverage: a 30-minute introduction before each match as well as highlights and interviews in the ULEB Cup show, thanks to Eurosport 2's on-site teams.

Deal extension
The Eurosport Group and the Euroleague Basketball, the organisers of the ULEB Cup, have announced today the extension of the existing rights agreement through the 2010-2011 season. The deal covers the LIVE coverage of the ULEB Cup season from end of October to mid of April, including the prestigious Final Eight. Eurosport 2 will also continue to broadcast the Euroleague Basketball Show on Fridays.
Arnaud Simon, head of broadcasting Eurosport and Eurosport 2,
